Flash Musicals have behavioural, ethical and equal opportunities policies. All of these are available on request.

Staff and Children Code of Conduct
We have an official code of conduct that the children all sign before joining us. This code of conduct reinforces our rules that are in place to protect the children in our care and the facilities that they use. By asking the children to adhere to a code of conduct we feel that we are giving them ownership of their actions.

Bullying
Due to the sensitive nature of performance, Flash uses a zero tolerance approach to bullying.

Support Staff
Alongside our teachers all of the Flash Musicals staff have CRB's and we have two registered chaperones on our team. As well as a First aid at work holder who is always present when children are on our premises.
