Flash  run workshops for children and young adults with special needs. Dance, drama and singing sessions are run by leaders that have undertaken courses to insure that children's need are well catered for.

These workshops aim to build confidence and offer all children the same opportunities, further building on the ethos that Flash was created around. The Flash Musicals theatre offers full disabled facilities for wheelchair access.
