Our popular workshop provide fun, stage experience and skills training for children aged 8-16!
The Flash Workshop offers children aged 8-16 training in singing, dancing and acting. Each child at the workshop is encouraged to develop at their own pace and is always supported and encouraged.

At the Flash workshop we provide for both children with learning difficulties and our gifted and talented children. By encouraging team work and peer support we find that the children learn about citizenship and co-operation as well as all the technical skills that the performing arts has to offer.
The workshop children aim to perform 4 shows a year. Previous shows have included "Oliver", "Blood Brothers", "Grease" and "Annie". Workshops consist of three 40 min sessions lead by experienced people with both industry and educational backgrounds.
The workshops take place every Tuesday evening from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and every Saturday morning from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Workshops cost £4 weekly and discounts apply for siblings, for more information please contact us.

Policies
Flash Musicals have behavioural, ethical and equal opportunities policies. All of these are available on request.
Staff and Children Code of Conduct
We have an official code of conduct that the children all sign before joining us. This code of conduct reinforces our rules that are in place to protect the children in our care and the facilities that they use. By asking the children to adhere to a code of conduct we feel that we are giving them ownership of their actions.
Bullying
Due to the sensitive nature of performance, Flash uses a zero tolerance approach to bullying.
Support Staff
Alongside our teachers all of the Flash Musicals staff have CRB's and we have two registered chaperones on our team. As well as a First aid at work holder who is always present when children are on our premises.
